Waterjet Cutting

Our waterjet cutting service can be used with a range of materials including Steel (upto 150mm thick), Marble, Granite, Quartz, Corian, Glass, Aluminium, Mdf, Acrylics and Ceramics.

Folding

4.5m x 160 Tonne full CNC press brake

Shearing

4m x 8mm CNC guillotine
1250mm x 10mm CNC guillotine

Punching

Kingsland multi-station (15mm max.)

Cold Cutting

330mm diameter horizontal bandsaw

Wind Farm Industry

We can help wind farm related work including cutting, milling, routering, fabricating, welding, guillotining, folding, bending of steel tubes, rods, box sections and a range of other extrusions.

Welding

4 mig machines, 5 tig machines and 2 self powered site units

We also specialise is the welding of aluminium.

Laser Cutting Service

All key areas of our production are computerised, enabling us to produce a high volume of work very accurately and cost effectively, to tight and demanding schedules.
